Vegan Whole Foods Haul #2
Hi guys I went to Whole Foods again and wanted to show you what I got. All of theses products are vegan and the majority of these are snacks because I am going out of town and like to have snacks in case there is not a vegan option nearby. I buy most of my produce from a regular supermarket because they are usually cheeper.

Here are the chips that I bought, I have never had the Way Better chips but after seeing them in  a video I decided to pick them up.

Sorry that the picture is so blurry, I have never had the mint dark chocolate, Core meal bar or the chipoltle sea weed so I am excited to try them. And of course I had to get the Baoba pomegranate fruit chews.

Here are some bucha drinks in blood orange and grapefruit, I got my usual Engine 2 vegan burger,brown rice snaps and Majestic Sprouted Hummus in cayenne. Then I got the So Delicious Coconut butter pecan ice cream, goji berries, mango sorbet pops,chocolate energy truffle bar and Mu's Munchies crisps.

Then I got a yam that I am gonna bake for dinner, and I got 3 peaches.

Here I have avocados, plums, grapes and asparagus.

What I Eat In A Day 2

Breakfast: For breakfast I made a celery,cucumber,apple,mango,carrot,strawberry,cherry and blueberry juice. Then I had 1/2 an avocado on 2 pieces of Ezekiel toast with red pepper flakes.

               
   


Lunch: For lunch I hade a kale,spinach and apple juice, 2 mini nectarines and a whole wheat pizza with tomatoes and basil.
                                                       



Dinner: I had a small dinner of 1/2 a grapefruit and celery with tomato humans and cilantro humus. 

                                                   



Dessert: I hade frozen mango and The Republic of Tea Hey Gorgeous tea.

What's In My Bag
Hi Guys if you follow my social media pages then you know that I promised a whats in my bag blog.
So here it is.
I have a Marcie Chloé bag that is a hand me down from my mom. And in it is a bunch of stuff that I use when I'm out.
 The bigger things in my bag include my polaroid camera, a notebook for blog ideas or things like grocery lists. Then I have my wallet that I love it is coach but unfortunately they don't make this anymore. I also have my glasses in this picture.  

Then I have my camera that I will soon be vloging and making youtube videos with :) I also have my sunglasses, hand cream, lip salve, lip stick, hand sanitizer, hair tie, mints, mini emergency kit, hair tie and pen.

Republic of Tea Haul

Republic of Tea Haul
Hi guys on Saturday I ordered a ton of tea from The Republic of Tea and I just got it so I thought that I would show you what I got.

 I got 2 tins of tea which each have 36 tea bags for hot tea and I got 1 tin of ice tea that has 8 large tea                       bags that make 1 quart each.
  


I also got the 24 sampler box which is where you get to pick up to 24 bags of tea.

I love youtube videos of what people eat in a day so I decided to write a blog post on what I eat:) To some people this might seem like too little or too much food but this is what I eat as a vegan.

Breakfast: 1/2 of an avocado on 2 pcs of ezekiel toast with red pepper flakes
                         Oh She Glows Morning Smoothie :  1 cup strawberries
                                                                             1 banana 
                                                                              1/3 cup orange juice
                                                                             1/3 cup coconut water
                                                                             1 tsp vanilla extract 












Lunch: Green curry : coconut milk
                                     green curry paste
                                     1/2 potato
                                     squash
                                     broccoli
                                     zucchini
                                     carrot
                                     bambo shoots 
                                     water cress
                                     tofu
               Brown rice 






Snack: Apple,1/2 Oh She Glows chocolate zucchini muffin








Dinner: Homemade pizza: 1/3 Whole wheat pizza crust
                            Sauce: basil
                                       pine nuts
                                       4 sun dried tomatoes
                                       olive oil
                           Toppings: sun dried tomatoes 
                                          sliced tomatoes 
   



Dessert: Tea :)

Whole foods haul

Whole Foods Haul 
Hi guys over the past month I have been making trips to whole foods my favorite store and trying new things and thought that I would show and review what I got! 

This kombucha drink is my all time favorite I have been hocked on it.
The energy bar is good but not my favoptit it was a little too coconut for me.
The pomegranate baobab chews are delicious and are a part of every snack.( I'm eating them now :)
The blueberry chia pod was not that good to me but they are great in açaí bowls.
This sprouted humas is amazing, it is so much better than the generic kind and is healthier but has tons of flavor.
               The brown rice snaps are great on their own and I like to dip them in the humas.
I love seaweed but can usually only find it in individually packets that are always too big for me so when I found these I was so happy and they are great
Since I am a vegan I am always looking for good plant burgers but they can be hard to find, these engine 2 burgers are amazing. And of course you need dessert, this blood orange sorbet is amazing.

I bought this having never tried this and I am happy that I tried something new but this was a miss for me.


Since I am a vegan I am always looking for milk alternatives and  I heard a lot of people talking about hemp milk and decided to give it a try, I am so happy that I got it because it is amazing, I have it in my açaí bowls every morning.
And of course some more sorbet that is so delicious.

My morning routine

My Morning Routine 
This time of the year is always the hardest for me to stay on track,with the stress of finals and the excitement of summer, my mornings can get pretty hectic. I always feel that when I write my goals down and let other people see them that I stick to them. So here is my morning routine:)
  • First is waking up for school this means 6:40
  • Then I wash my face,brush my teeth, and do some yoga. My yoga routine is only about 10 minuets but it really starts my day off on the right foot.


  • Then its time for breakfast which is always an acai bowl and tea 
  • Then makeup(I try to keep my makeup minimal for school) and hair which is always a high ponytail


  • And then I get dressed, I always pick my outfit the night before just cause it saves so much time
  • And last is making lunch
